Practical information : To guarantee the freshness of our meat and fish dishes (minimum 2 persons), and to avoid too long waiting times for the raclette (min. 2, maximum 14 persons), we invite you to book them in advance. The 'Raclette' : 'Jackson', our cheese scraper is available on the evenings when we are open, except on Sundays (opening hours here). Given its frequent accompaniment for hiking, his presence can't be guaranteed.
