The cheese fondue can be served plain or with mushrooms, tomatoes, herbs or goat’s cheese. At your request a delicious raclette with different cheeses can be prepared. Jean-Noël Glassey is looking forward to telling you everything there is to know about the produce’s origin.
If you prefer meat, we can offer you, among other things, a Chinese, Bacchus or Burgundian fondue.
To guarantee the best quality food, it is recommended to order the meat dishes in advance.
